How to access the patient results:

Step 1: Open up Microsoft Edge and enter the following link -> https://bdlresults.com/autoweb/index.aspx

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 






Step 2: Click the three dots on the top right side of the window and press 'settings'
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 





Step 3: Go to 'Default Browser' and change the drop down setting to 'allow'
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 




Step 4: Press the blue 'restart' button that appears to refresh the browser





















Step 5: Click 'add' and paste in the following link -> https://bdlresults.com/autoweb/index.aspx





















Step 6: Confirm and save the changes by pressing the blue 'add' button




















Step 7: Retrieve back to the website opened in step one






















Step 8: Click the three dots on the upper right corner once again and press 'Reload In Internet Explorer Mode'





















Step 9: After the website loads, enter in your login credentials and continue on to your portal!
