Who We Are
BioDiagnostic Labs is a fully automated and computerized medical laboratory which has been in service for over 30 years. BioDiagnostic provides services to facilities throughout the region.
At BioDiagnostic Labs, instruments and related analytical equipment and materials are selected on the basis of proven performance. The analytical methods and equipment have been carefully chosen by our professional and consulting staff. A formal quality control program is in effect for each procedure performed at BioDiagnostic. This includes: standardized quality control procedures conducted at a local level, an intra-laboratory program using commercial and internal serum and governmental proficiency samples.
We can customize our service to the particular needs of your facility. We are confident that given the opportunity, we can provide your facility with superior service for many years to come.
OUR STAFF
Our laboratory is headed by a Board Certified Laboratory (Medical) Director. Our technical staff meets the certifying requirements of the appropriate governing agencies. They are available to answer any questions our clients may have, and if necessary, consult on any unusual cases.
In addition to their educational background, our staff at BioDiagnostic receives expert training in laboratory techniques. Continuing education programs keep our personnel abreast of current developments in laboratory medicine.

In addition to our in-house services, BioDiagnostic Labs proudly partners with various facilities through the tri-state area, including nursing homes and doctors' offices, to extend our reach and convenience. Our skilled phlebotomists are dispatched to these facilities to collect ordered samples, ensuring a seamless process for both healthcare providers and patients. Once collected, these samples are processed in our state-of-the-art laboratory. To enhance accessibility and transparency, we've recently implemented a robust web portal. Each of our clients, whether a healthcare facility or an individual practitioner, is provided with a personalized login and hub on our portal. This secure platform allows clients to effortlessly access and review patient results for the previous 30 days. We believe in empowering our clients with real-time information, contributing to efficient patient care and informed decision-making. OUR RESULTS
At our BioDiagnostic Labs, we are proud to offer a fully paperless experience for our patients. Our patients can provide their medical history and consent electronically, and all test results are uploaded and accessed through electronic health records (EHRs) and laboratory information management systems (LIMS). Preliminary reports are available for cultures or other procedures that require longer then 24 hours for reportable results. Confirmation testing is performed on all critical abnormal results, followed by immediate facility notification. Our on-line capability allows you to access results 24/7. End of month cumulative lab reports are also available.
