Customer Service Representative - Medical Field
(Laboratory Experience Preferred)

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in the medical field, specifically in a laboratory setting, and be comfortable using computer software and programs. Fluency in English is also required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients

  • Managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints

  • Entering patient information and test orders into the laboratory information system

  • Following up with customers and patients to ensure satisfaction

  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service in the medical field, laboratory experience preferred

  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with laboratory information systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach
